Thank you for choosing Dr Jonny. We value your time at the clinic but also recognise the importance of your scheduled appointments. To maintain an efficient and organised schedule and to ensure fairness to our other patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Notice Period: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Deposit Amount: A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of a treatment.
- Forfeiture of Deposits: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or for patients arriving more than 15 minutes late, will result in the forfeiture of the £50 deposit.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide the required 72 hours’ notice, your £50 deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
- Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may not be seen and could be considered a late cancellation. The £50 deposit may be forfeited at the discretion of the clinic.
