  • We offer a range of medical aesthetic procedures including but not limited to injectables, RF microneedling, mole scanning, skincare treatments, and consultations.
  • Our services are performed by licensed medical professionals trained in medical aesthetics.

2. Consultation:

  • Prior to any procedure, a consultation will be conducted to assess your suitability for treatment and to discuss your goals, expectations, and any concerns.
  • You must provide accurate medical history and disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments.

3. Treatment Plan:

  • Based on the consultation, a personalised treatment plan will be recommended, outlining the procedure(s), expected outcomes, potential risks, and costs.
  • You have the right to ask questions and seek clarification about the proposed treatment plan before proceeding.

4. Consent:

  • You must provide informed consent before any treatment is administered. This includes understanding the procedure, its potential risks and benefits, and any alternative options.
  • Consent forms will be provided and must be signed prior to treatment.

5. Fees and Payment:

  • Fees for services will be outlined in the treatment plan and discussed during the consultation.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 72 hours notice.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee/loss of deposit.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour, including harassment or aggression, will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

  • We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the provision of services, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.
  • Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the services provided.

13. Amendments:
